Intuition: A Calling of the Heart

As I write this, I am gently coming from the heart. I soften into my body, allowing my fingers to move across the keyboard, guided by something deeper within. My body leads, and my mind follows—why does this happen?

It’s trust. Trust is the experience I’m leaning into. I trust that my heart is speaking through my body, helping me find the words to share with you. My body knows the way, and my mind is quietly in the background, honoring that wisdom.

This is how intuition works. It’s a knowing, a gentle pull from within that invites us to pause and listen to what may need our attention. It speaks softly, with few words, but carries a rich, yet soft energy. Intuition helps me rest in my body, trusting that it holds the ability to guide without the noise of the mind.

Intuition is the space where I find my peace and joy. It’s a gentle, loving landing within myself—a space where logic, overthinking, and the busyness of the mind are allowed to take a break. In this space, there is no pressure to do or become anything more. My heart’s call is simply met, in quiet understanding and restful acceptance.
